and because.

i've been mulling over this whole second job thing...put a few apps out...haven't really gotten anywhere.  have been a little nervous about the flexibility of having another "real" job with the boys and d's schedule...so when i happened upon a craft show event in town that was still accepting vendors, i jumped at it.  mind you it's in 10 days and i really don't have a lot done for it.  in honor of s, here's my list of what needs done:

• business name.  had one that s thought of but it's not available on etsy or email and the logo was stumping me.
• decide what product i want to sell.
• make that product.  and lots of it.
• make business cards.
• make order forms.  creating them is overwhelming to me at the moment.
• figure out how to showcase everything.
• make more product.
• create etsy store. 

i want to be successful at this so that i can hopefully pick up more craft shows this summer and have that be my second job. it would be lovely if it all works out. now wish me luck. oh and what about the name "and because." love the little paper coupons that sc puts in their kits...there was a lovely one with ampersands all over it last month and it would be perfect for the little logo tags. thinking i have the first item checked off my list. thanks. now for the rest...but first a few pics.
