My sweet, sweet Wilson got attacked by a dog yesterday. David was taking the boys on a run (like he always does) and a big dog came out of the screen door from the garage and attacked Wilson!! That dog had Wilson on the ground biting him and my little dog(12 lbs) Bruschi was trying to get the big dog. Meanwhile, David was trying to get ahold of Bruschi (retractable leashes can be a pain) and by the time he got him in his arms and got to Wil, the dog ran back to the house. My boys were doing nothing but running down the sidewalk like normal when that dog decided to eat my dog! David said that Wilson(45lbs) tried to fight back, but the dog was too big. So, Wil has a big hole by his back leg/rib cage where they could only stitch it up half way so that if it got infected it could drain out, a cut underneath his eye and a hole in his lip. Needless to say, I am extremely angry with that dog and the owner. She said that "they really need to get a latch for that door because he is too big now and can get right out." You think lady?!?!
